The following payments

We have to receive a photocopy of your payment by fax to activate
banner next day.
If you prefer just to mail the payment, we will activate banner
after receiving it.
For credit card payments, please download, complete and fax
the credit-card billing form.
For the next credit-card payments, you can fax or mail just
a signed note on a company's letterhead, authorizing us to bill
your credit card again.
Your request will be available within 24 hours after we receive
your submission and a fax of one of the payments listed above.
